How do you become part of the CFCO?

It is easy. Please provide us the following information:

 1. Name:

 2. Place: (full address if possible)

 3. E-mail Address:

 4. Tel.# and mailing address: (Optional)

We will provide the dates when you have to observe the Hilal (waxing) crescent moon in your town. Keep a copy of the "Crescent Observation Form" (available on CFCO Web) handy with you when you try to see the Hilal. Fill in the details as soon as possible.

You don't have to climb a tall building or a hilltop. Watch the lower horizon where the sun has just set some ten minutes after the sunset. Wait till the moonset time. If a moon is visible on the 29th evening then please send a report. If not, then you don't have to attempt next day as the moon is ALWAYS visible on 30th day.

Ask your friends to become a moon-watcher. It is a beautiful sight, and you will get the reward as well.
