Europe on Sep. 3 Saudi /ISNA date: September 1 (Monday) (On August 31 Moon’s altitude in Makkah is only 4.7 degrees an in Cairo 3.5 degrees. Hence a Hilal CANNOT be SEEN there on Sunday)
